A 12-inch mini pendant with a clear fluted glass shade and brushed brass finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms where a single accent light is needed.
The Springwater mini pendant from Innovations Lighting combines industrial-inspired design with refined materials. The brushed brass finish and clear fluted glass shade create a vintage yet contemporary look, while the included LED vintage bulb adds warm ambiance. This fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for task and accent lighting over a small area. Not intended as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm finishes like brass. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for everyday use.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 14.5 in high (shade only). Adjustable hanging height from 23.5 to 47.5 inches via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works best with 8-10 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, consider a longer stem or chain (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
