The Springwater mini pendant from Innovations Lighting combines industrial-inspired cast brass and steel construction with a clear fluted glass shade that evokes Art Nouveau elegance. The polished nickel finish adds a sleek, reflective touch, while the adjustable stem allows for customized hanging heights. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms as well.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens—similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for ambient or task lighting in a focused area.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
