Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent. With a standard 60W bulb, expect about 800 lumens—similar to a traditional 60W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a small island or ambient light in a nook. For a softer glow, use a 40W bulb (about 450 lumens).
