A 40-inch, 6-light chandelier in brushed brass with clear glass shades, designed for dining rooms and living rooms with a vintage-industrial look.
The Rochester chandelier from Innovations Lighting combines a brushed brass frame with clear globe glass shades for a look that bridges industrial and transitional styles. The six-light design provides ample illumination for dining tables or seating areas, while the adjustable hanging height allows it to fit rooms with varying ceiling heights. The damp-rated construction makes it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms as well.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With six medium-base sockets, you can achieve 3000-6000 lumens total (using 60W equivalent LED bulbs), which is suitable for a primary light in a medium to large room. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage vintage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades showcase the bulbs, so the light color and feel are determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The open-bottom design allows light to spread evenly in all directions.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
