Brightness depends on the bulb used. This fixture accepts one medium-base bulb (E26) up to 60W equivalent. With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, it produces about 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a small island or ambient light in a dining nook. For a warmer, dimmer glow, use a 40W bulb (about 450 lumens).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
