Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Rochester collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a clear glass globe, designed for damp-rated kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial and transitional style with a clear glass globe that showcases a vintage ST64 bulb (not included). The brushed satin nickel finish on steel and cast brass construction offers durability and a sleek look. Its compact 12-inch diameter makes it ideal for smaller spaces or grouped over an island.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens—similar to a standard incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a counter or ambient light in a small room.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade does not alter the bulb's color temperature. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
