A 12-inch mini pendant from the Rochester collection, finished in brushed brass with clear glass, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its brushed brass finish and clear glass shade showcase a vintage ST64 bulb (not included), creating warm, ambient light. The fixture is damp-rated for covered patios and features a 10-foot black textured cord for flexible hanging.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms over a table 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the table surface
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, hung as a single statement piece
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure (damp-rated, not wet-rated)

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens), it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient mood lighting, a 40W equivalent (450 lumens) works well.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade and exposed bulb create a warm, vintage-inspired glow. Use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a soft, incandescent-like warmth that complements brass and wood tones. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 12 in wide and 10.38 in tall; overall fixture height is 14.2 in. With the adjustable cord, hanging height ranges from 17.2 in to 134.2 in, suitable for most ceiling heights. The canopy is 4.875 in diameter and 0.875 in tall. Sloped ceilings are compatible.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) ST64 vintage bulb is recommended.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
