The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial styling with a vintage touch. Its black antique brass finish and light smoke glass shade create a warm, inviting glow. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.

Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens, suitable for ambient or accent lighting. For brighter task lighting, use a higher lumen bulb.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
