Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with an antique brass finish and light smoked glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Rochester mini pendant blends industrial and transitional style with a steel and cast brass frame in antique brass, paired with a light smoked glass globe shade. Its 10-foot black textured cord allows flexible hanging heights, and the damp-rated construction makes it suitable for covered outdoor spaces or bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands over a 4-6 ft counter, hung 30-36 inches above the surface

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb chosen (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens—similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task or ambient accent lighting.
Light color and feel
The light smoked glass shade softens and diffuses the bulb's glow, creating a warm ambiance. For a warm, inviting feel, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
