The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial charm with versatile style. Its antique brass finish and clear glass shade showcase vintage-style bulbs, making it a standout accent in modern, transitional, or restoration-inspired spaces. The fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED (800 lumens), it provides ample task light for a kitchen island or ambient light for a dining area. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, so the light color is determined by your bulb choice. A warm white 2700K-3000K LED creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements the antique brass finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
