The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its polished chrome steel and cast brass construction, paired with a clear globe glass shade, creates a clean, timeless look. The fixture accommodates sloped ceilings and includes 10 feet of wire for flexible installation.

Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb (not included), expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a counter or table.

The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, allowing the light color to be customized. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb, offering flexibility from bright task light to soft ambiance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
