A 10-inch mini pendant from the Rochester collection, finished in matte black with a clear glass globe, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated locations.
The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial matte black steel and cast brass with a clear glass shade, creating a vintage-inspired look that suits modern, transitional, and restoration-style interiors. Its adjustable stem allows flexible hanging heights, and the damp-location rating makes it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a prep zone
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb, expect 800-900 lumens—bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Not intended as a sole room light for spaces over 100 sq ft.
Light color and feel
Use a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like glow that complements the matte black and clear glass. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light with minimal diffusion, creating a crisp, sparkling effect.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
