A 10-inch mini pendant from the Rochester collection, finished in champagne bronze with clear glass, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its champagne bronze finish and clear glass shade create a warm, inviting glow. Designed for damp locations, it works well in kitchens, bathrooms, or covered patios. The stem-hung design allows adjustable height, and the fixture accommodates sloped ceilings.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent. Using a 60W equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens), it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or ambient light for a small dining area. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade allows the bulb to be fully visible, making the light color and bulb shape part of the design. For a warm, inviting ambiance, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
The mini pendant has a 10-inch diameter and 12.25-inch height. With the included stem and wire, the hanging height adjusts from 21.25 to 45.25 inches. The canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter and 0.875 inches high. Suitable for rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, additional stems may be needed (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
