The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its brushed brass finish and clear globe shade create a warm, vintage-inspired look that complements transitional and contemporary interiors. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms, and it accommodates a single vintage ST64 bulb (not included) for a stylish exposed-bulb aesthetic.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 bulb, expect about 800 lumens—similar to a standard incandescent, suitable for ambient or accent lighting, not as a primary room light.

The clear glass shade lets the bulb's color temperature shine through. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, cozy glow that flatters brass and wood tones. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
