The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its clear glass shade showcases a vintage ST64 bulb (not included), while the brushed brass and steel construction adds warmth to any space. The 10-foot black textured cord allows for flexible hanging heights, and the damp-rated design makes it suitable for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED (800 lumens), it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or ambient light for a dining area. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade allows the bulb's color temperature to shine through. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements the brushed brass finish. For a more modern look, a 4000K neutral white bulb works well in kitchens.

The mini pendant measures 10 inches in diameter and 12.45 inches in height. The adjustable cord allows a hanging height range of 15.45 to 132.45 inches, making it suitable for most ceiling heights. The canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter and 0.875 inches high.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
