The Rochester mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its antique brass finish and clear glass globe create a warm, vintage-inspired look that complements transitional and contemporary interiors. The adjustable cord allows flexible placement over islands, counters, or tables.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or ambient light for a dining area. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, making the light color highly customizable. For a warm, cozy ambiance, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. For a cooler, more energizing light, opt for 3500K-4000K. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 10 in wide and 12.45 in high, with an adjustable hanging height from 15.45 in to 132.45 in (using the 10 ft cord). The canopy is 4.875 in diameter. Ideal for ceilings 8-10 ft high; for sloped ceilings, the fixture is adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
