Description
A 48-inch, 4-light island light in polished chrome with clear glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated indoor spaces.
The Preston Cylinder collection combines industrial styling with modern contemporary appeal. This island light features a polished chrome finish on steel and cast brass construction, with four clear Preston Cylinder glass shades that showcase ST64 vintage bulbs (not included). The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or kitchens, and is adaptable to sloped ceilings.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four medium-base (E26) bulbs, up to 60W each (incandescent equivalent). With four 60W bulbs, total output is approximately 3200 lumens - enough to illuminate a kitchen island or dining table as primary lighting. For dimmable control, use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades provide an unobstructed view of the bulbs, so the light color and feel are determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. For a cooler, more modern look, 3500K-4000K works well. The fixture itself does not filter or diffuse the light, so exposed bulbs create a vintage industrial aesthetic.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 inches wide, 12.25 inches high, with a 6.75-inch extension. Height is adjustable from 21.25 to 45.25 inches via the included 10-foot wire. The canopy is 6 x 4.5 x 0.75 inches. Ideal for ceilings 8-10 ft high. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
