The Preston Bulb collection combines industrial aesthetics with modern versatility. This island light features a polished chrome finish on steel and cast brass construction, with three clear Preston Bulb glass shades that showcase vintage ST64 bulbs (not included). The sleek, open design fits seamlessly into industrial, modern contemporary, or restoration-vintage décors. With a damp location rating, it's suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) ST64 vintage bulbs (not included). Using 60W incandescent equivalent bulbs, you can achieve around 2400 lumens total - comparable to a standard 150W incandescent, suitable for ambient and accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For more light, use higher wattage or LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The clear glass shades provide an unobstructed view of the filament bulbs, creating a vintage industrial look. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 36 inches wide and 11.25 inches high, with an adjustable hanging height from 20.25 to 44.25 inches (includes 10 ft of wire). The canopy is 6 x 4.5 x 0.75 inches. Ideal for kitchen islands 4-6 ft long or dining tables 36-48 in wide. Ceiling height should be at least 8 ft for comfortable clearance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
