Description
A 24-inch, six-light chandelier from the Preston Collection, finished in antique brass with clear bell-shaped glass shades, designed for dining rooms and foyers.
The elongated bell glass, paired with the sleek Arcadia frame, brings a timeless elegance to any space. The fluted detailing adds texture and sophistication, while the clean lines of the Arcadia frame enhance its modern appeal. Perfect for those looking to add a refined yet functional light fixture to their home.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a table 48-72 inches long, hung 30-36 inches above the table surface
- Two-story foyers and entryways, making a statement with its six-light presence
- Open-plan living areas where a central fixture can anchor the room
- Bedrooms with high ceilings, providing ambient light over a seating area
- Covered patios or porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as the fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet, as the minimum hanging height is 21 inches
- Spaces requiring a flush mount, as this is a stem-hung chandelier
How bright is it?
With six sockets rated for 100 watts each, the total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using 60W equivalent LED bulbs, you can expect around 4800 lumens - bright enough for a large dining room or foyer. Since bulbs are not included, you can tailor the brightness to your needs.
Light color and feel
The fixture itself does not determine light color; that depends on the bulbs you install. For a warm, inviting glow, choose bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The clear glass shades allow the light to pass through unobstructed, creating a bright, airy feel. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the ambiance with a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier measures 23.88 inches in diameter and 13.75 inches in height. The hanging height is adjustable from 21 to 45 inches using the included stems (one 6-inch and two 12-inch). The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. This fixture is suitable for rooms with standard to high ceilings, and the included 90-degree swivel allows installation on sloped or vaulted ceilings.
