Description
A 4-light bath vanity light from the Preston collection, finished in brushed brass with clear glass shades, for bathroom vanities and powder rooms.
The Preston bath light combines vintage charm with modern minimalism. The jar-shaped glass shades feature delicate fluting, while the sleek brushed brass frame adds a contemporary edge. This fixture is designed to provide bright, even illumination for grooming tasks, making it a perfect choice for bathrooms and powder rooms.
Best for
- Bathroom vanities 36-48 in wide, mounted above the mirror for task lighting
- Powder rooms and guest bathrooms, adding a touch of vintage elegance
- Dressing areas and makeup stations, providing bright, shadow-free light
- Hallways and entryways, used as a decorative wall light
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet
- Spaces with very low ceilings, as the fixture extends 7.88 inches from the wall
- Rooms where you prefer a single, compact light source - this is a multi-light bar
How bright is it?
With four 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 6,000 lumens - bright enough for a bathroom vanity. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage LED bulbs; the fixture is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades let the bulb's natural color shine through. For a warm, inviting feel, use 2700K-3000K bulbs; for a cooler, more energizing light, choose 3500K-4000K. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright task lighting to soft ambient glow.
Sizing and fit
This bath light measures 36 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 13 inches tall, with a 7.88-inch extension from the wall. It's ideal for vanities 36-48 inches wide. The backplate is 6.25 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall, and the fixture weighs 11.75 lbs.
