Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. It accepts four E26 base bulbs, with T-series shaped bulbs recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent or LED-compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it is safe for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, but not for direct exposure to rain.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
How do I clean the glass shades? Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the glass. For the metal finish, use water and a cheesecloth towel as recommended by the manufacturer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
