Description
A 26-inch wide, 3-light bath vanity light from the Preston Collection, finished in black antique brass with mercury glass shades, ideal for bathrooms and powder rooms.
This jar-shaped glass fixture, with delicate fluting, offers a nod to vintage charm while maintaining a modern edge with the sleek Arcadia frame. The fusion of the jar silhouette and the minimalist frame creates a striking visual contrast that will elevate any room's design.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 36-48 inch vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even task lighting
- Powder rooms where a vintage-industrial accent makes a statement
- Hallways or dressing areas needing warm, ambient illumination
- Spaces with damp-rated requirements, as this fixture is UL/CUL damp rated
Not ideal for
- Outdoor uncovered areas - this fixture is rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
- Spaces where you need a single bright task light - this is designed for ambient or accent lighting
How bright is it?
Each socket accepts up to 100W (300W total), but lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose. With standard 60W incandescent bulbs, expect around 800 lumens per bulb - enough for a bathroom vanity. LED bulbs are compatible and can provide similar brightness with less energy.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The mercury glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. For a vintage feel, use Edison-style bulbs; for a brighter, cleaner light, choose LED bulbs with a color temperature around 2700-3000K.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 26 inches wide, 7.88 inches deep, and 13.5 inches high. The backplate is 6.25 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. This size suits vanities of 36 inches or wider. The fixture extends 7.88 inches from the wall, so ensure adequate clearance.
