How bright is it?
With three 100-watt maximum sockets (bulbs not included), the brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. For reference, using three 60W incandescent bulbs would produce about 2700 lumens total, similar to a bright living room. LED bulbs can provide the same light with less energy.

The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The color temperature depends on the bulbs you select - choose warm white (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, flattering glow, or cool white (3500K-4100K) for a more energizing, task-oriented light.

How do I clean the mercury glass shades? Use a soft, dry cloth. For the metal finish, use water and a cheesecloth towel as recommended by the manufacturer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
