How bright is it?
This fixture uses three bulbs (not included) with a maximum of 100 watts per socket, so you can achieve up to 300 watts of incandescent equivalent brightness. With LED bulbs, you can get the same light output for less energy. The actual lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you install. For a warm, cozy feel, choose bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The mercury glass shade will diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient glow that flatters the brushed brass finish.
Sizing and fit
This semi-flush mount measures 24.5 inches in diameter and 11.88 inches in height. It is designed for ceilings at least 8 feet high. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. The fixture is hardwired and requires partial assembly.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, this fixture is dimmable. Use a standard dimmer compatible with the bulb type you choose.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL/CUL damp rated, so it can be installed in bathrooms (but not in direct contact with water) and covered outdoor areas that are protected from rain. It is not wet-rated.
What's the warranty? The warranty is 2 years on finish and lifetime on electrical components.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
