Description
A 24-inch wide semi-flush mount light with three mercury glass cylinder shades, finished in oil rubbed bronze, for dining rooms and living rooms.
The Preston collection combines vintage charm with a modern edge, featuring hand-blown mercury glass shades and a sleek oil rubbed bronze frame. The fluted glass adds texture and depth, while the fixture is dimmable for adjustable ambiance. Rated for damp locations, it's suitable for covered outdoor areas.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a round or square table, providing ambient light from a low-profile fixture
- Living rooms and family rooms, as a statement piece that adds warmth
- Entryways and foyers, creating a welcoming glow
- Covered patios or porches, thanks to its damp location rating
- Bedrooms with low ceilings, where a semi-flush mount is a practical choice
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp rated, but not wet rated
- Kitchens requiring bright task lighting - this fixture is more for ambient light
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
How bright is it?
The fixture accepts three bulbs (not included) up to 100W each, for a maximum of 300W. With typical 60W bulbs, you can expect around 2400 lumens total - bright enough for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. The oil rubbed bronze finish adds depth and pairs well with both traditional and modern decor. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 24.25 inches in diameter and 13.63 inches high, with a canopy of 4.88 inches. It's ideal for ceilings 8 feet or higher, and the compact height makes it suitable for low-ceiling spaces.
