Description
An 18-inch wide, three-light stem chandelier with mercury glass shades and an oil rubbed bronze finish, perfect for dining rooms and kitchen islands.
The Preston collection combines a classic bulb-shaped glass with beautiful fluting and a slim, stylish frame. The rounded silhouette of the glass and the sleek design of the frame make this fixture a perfect choice for modern and transitional interiors, creating a warm, inviting ambiance. The hand-blown mercury glass adds a vintage touch.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a 36-48 inch table, hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Kitchen islands, centered over the island for task and ambient light
- Open living areas with a modern or transitional aesthetic
- Spaces with sloped or vaulted ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree hang straight swivel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 feet, as the chandelier hangs 12.75 inches
How bright is it?
This fixture uses three bulbs (not included) with a maximum wattage of 100W per socket. With standard 60W incandescent bulbs, you can expect around 2400 lumens total - enough for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. LED bulbs are also compatible for lower energy use.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting ambiance, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The mercury glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, glowing effect. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier measures 17.63 inches long, 17.63 inches wide, and 12.75 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 15.5 to 39.5 inches using the included stems (one 6-inch and two 12-inch). It works well in rooms with ceilings 8 feet or higher.
