Description
A 16-inch two-light bathroom vanity light with mercury glass shades, ideal for adding vintage-industrial charm above a bathroom mirror.
The Preston Collection combines a sleek, minimalist frame with jar-shaped glass shades that feature delicate fluting. Finished in oil rubbed bronze, this fixture offers a striking contrast between the modern frame and the vintage-inspired mercury glass. It's designed to elevate the look of any bathroom or powder room.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 24-36 inch vanity, mounted above the mirror
- Powder rooms, adding a warm, ambient glow
- Hallways and entryways, as a decorative wall light
- Dressing areas and walk-in closets, providing task lighting
- Damp locations, as it is UL/CUL damp rated
Not ideal for
- Large bathrooms needing bright, widespread illumination - this is a two-light fixture
- Spaces with a modern minimalist aesthetic that prefers clean lines without vintage details
How bright is it?
This fixture accepts two 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), producing up to about 3200 lumens total - similar to two traditional 100W bulbs. It's bright enough for task lighting at a vanity, but not a primary room light for large spaces.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, flattering glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The mercury glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a gentle, ambient effect with a vintage feel. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 16 inches wide by 13.5 inches high, with an extension of 7.88 inches. The shades are 6.75 inches in diameter and 8.75 inches high. The backplate is 6.25 inches wide by 4.5 inches high. Ideal for vanities 24-36 inches wide.
