How bright is it?
This fixture uses two bulbs (not included) with a maximum of 100 watts per socket. With LED bulbs, you can achieve bright, energy-efficient illumination. The actual lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; for a typical bathroom, we recommend 800-1100 lumens per bulb for ample task lighting.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
