Description
A 6-inch semi-flush mount with a fluted globe glass shade, finished in champagne bronze, for hallways and bedrooms.
The Preston collection pairs a classic bulb-shaped glass with beautiful fluting and a slim, stylish frame. The combination of the rounded silhouette and sleek design makes this fixture a perfect choice for modern and transitional interiors, creating a warm, inviting ambiance.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light without taking up visual space
- Bedrooms and sitting areas, mounted above a dresser or reading nook
- Dining rooms and kitchens with lower ceilings, where a pendant would be too tall
- Stairwells and landings, offering a soft glow that guides the way
- Covered porches and bathrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms needing bright, task-level illumination - this is an accent fixture
- Sloped ceilings - not sloped-ceiling adaptable
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a 100W incandescent equivalent (bulb not included), expect a warm, ambient glow suitable for accent lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature not specified by manufacturer. The clear glass shade and champagne bronze finish create a warm, inviting ambiance that flatters traditional and transitional interiors.
