Description
A 6-inch wall sconce with a clear fluted glass globe and a champagne bronze metal frame, ideal for bedrooms, hallways, and transitional interiors.
The Preston sconce combines a classic bulb-shaped glass with beautiful fluting and a slim, stylish frame. The rounded silhouette and sleek design create a warm, inviting ambiance, perfect for modern and transitional spaces. Hand-blown glass and a heavy cast backplate add quality and durability.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted as a reading sconce beside the bed or above nightstands
- Hallways and corridors, providing ambient accent light
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or media console
- Entryways, adding a warm welcome
- Damp-rated locations like bathrooms or covered patios
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing primary illumination - this is an accent light, not a main light source
- Spaces with very low ceilings if you prefer a flush mount
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a 100W incandescent bulb (not included), it provides ample accent light, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. For ambient lighting, consider a lower wattage LED.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. The clear glass and champagne bronze finish create a warm, inviting glow. Dimmable with compatible dimmer switches for adjustable ambiance.
