Description
A 6-inch globe-shaped cord mini pendant for kitchen islands and dining areas, finished in antique brass with a mercury glass shade.
From the Preston collection, this mini pendant features a classic bulb-shaped glass with beautiful fluting, complemented by a slim antique brass frame. The combination of the rounded silhouette and sleek design makes it a perfect choice for modern and transitional interiors, creating a warm, inviting ambiance. The 120-inch cord can be cut to your desired length.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row of two or three
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens
- Entryways and hallways with lower ceilings
- Covered porches and patios (damp rated)
- Industrial, modern contemporary, and transitional interiors
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure (damp rated, not wet rated)
- Spaces needing bright task lighting (this is ambient)
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 132-inch drop
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a single medium-base bulb (not included), you can choose your brightness. For reference, a 60W incandescent bulb gives about 800 lumens, suitable for accent or ambient light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The mercury glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a subtle, reflective ambiance.
