Description
A 1-light mini pendant for kitchen islands and dining rooms, finished in antique brass with a clear glass globe shade.
The Preston mini pendant features a classic bulb-shaped glass with beautiful fluting, complemented by the slim and stylish Arcadia frame. The combination of the bulb's rounded silhouette and the sleek design makes this fixture a perfect choice for modern and transitional interiors, creating a warm, inviting ambiance.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of 2-3 for task lighting over the counter
- Dining rooms, centered above a small table for intimate meals
- Breakfast nooks, providing a warm glow over a cozy table
- Entryways, hung at varying heights to create visual interest
- Covered patios or sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Large rooms with high ceilings - the 6-inch shade may look too small
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - this mini pendant is best for ambient or accent light
How bright is it?
This mini pendant accepts a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included), producing up to 1600 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a small island or table. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust from bright task lighting to a warm, intimate glow. The clear glass shade showcases the filament bulb, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. For best results, use a T-series bulb with a warm color temperature (2700K-3000K) to complement the antique brass finish.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 6.25" W x 6.25" D x 11.5" H, with a 4.88-inch canopy. The hanging height is adjustable from 15.38 to 132.38 inches, thanks to the 120-inch cord that can be cut to your desired length. Sloped ceiling compatible.
