This island light features a satin gold steel and cast brass frame with four matte red metal cone shades, creating a bold yet versatile look that suits farmhouse, industrial, and restoration-vintage décors. The included 6-watt LED vintage bulbs (2700K, 600 lumens each) provide warm ambient light, and the fixture is damp-rated for use over kitchen sinks or in covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Each of the four included 6-watt LED bulbs produces 600 lumens, for a total of 2400 lumens - comparable to a 150-watt incandescent. This is sufficient for ambient lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but may need supplemental task lighting for detailed food prep.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It flatters skin tones and warm wood or brass interiors. The bulbs have a CRI of 82, which is adequate for most spaces but not ideal for color-critical tasks like art evaluation.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 inches wide, 10 inches tall, and extends 7.5 inches from the ceiling. The hanging height is adjustable from 19 to 43 inches (includes 10 ft of wire). The canopy is 6 x 4.5 x 0.75 inches. Suitable for ceilings 8 ft or higher; sloped ceilings are compatible.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
