Description
A 45-inch wide, 6-light bathroom vanity light in matte black with mercury glass globe shades, for large bathrooms and powder rooms.
From the Pilaster II Sphere Collection, this fixture features a classic arched metal frame that holds globe-shaped glass shades. The matte black finish and mercury glass create a vintage, industrial look that adds character to any space. The hand-blown glass shades are a standout feature.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 60-inch or wider double vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirrors
- Powder rooms where you want a dramatic, vintage statement piece
- Damp locations like bathrooms, as it is rated for damp use
- Spaces with an industrial, farmhouse, or restoration-vintage style
Not ideal for
- Small bathrooms under 6 feet wide, as the 45-inch width may be too large
- Outdoor areas or rooms with direct water exposure, as it is only damp-rated
- Those seeking a minimalist or modern look, as the design is distinctly vintage
How bright is it?
With six 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 9,000 lumens, making it very bright for large bathrooms. Using LED bulbs can achieve similar brightness with lower wattage.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The mercury glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient effect.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 45.5 inches wide, 8.63 inches deep, and 10.13 inches high, with an 8.63-inch extension from the wall. It is designed for horizontal mounting and works well above a 60-inch double vanity.
