Description
A 37-inch wide, 4-light bathroom vanity light with matte black finish and mercury glass globe shades, for double vanities and large mirrors.
The Pilaster II Sphere vanity light offers graceful, timeless design with its classic arch metal frame and globe-shaped glass shades. The matte black finish and mercury glass create a sophisticated, industrial look that elevates any bathroom. The heavy cast backplate ensures sturdy wall mounting.
Best for
- Double bathroom vanities 48-72 inches wide, mounted above the mirror
- Large mirrors in bathrooms or dressing rooms, providing even illumination
- Powder rooms, as a statement light
- Hallways and entryways, as a decorative wall light
- Bedrooms, flanking a large mirror or above a dresser
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Small powder rooms where the 37-inch width may overwhelm the space
How bright is it?
Each of the four sockets accepts up to a 100W incandescent equivalent bulb (E26 base), so the total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. For reference, four 60W incandescent bulbs would emit about 3200 lumens, which is bright enough for a large bathroom. Bulbs are not included.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shades diffuse the light softly, creating a warm, ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood. For a warm, inviting feel, pair with 2700K-3000K LED bulbs.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 8.63" L x 36.5" W x 10.13" H, with an extension of 8.63". The backplate is 9.25" W x 4.5" H. This vanity light is designed for horizontal mounting above a bathroom mirror. The heavy cast backplate provides a sturdy mount.
