This semi-flush mount features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in a matte black finish, paired with a matte white cased glass shade in a classic schoolhouse shape. The fixture can be customized with glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections, offering versatility to match your decor.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), it provides ample ambient light for a small to medium room. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The matte white frosted glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting ambiance. Use a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb for a cozy feel, or 3500K-4000K for a more neutral, task-oriented light. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water spray) or covered outdoor areas like porches. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
