Description
A 7-inch wall sconce with a teardrop clear glass shade, finished in satin nickel, for bedrooms, hallways, and other damp-rated spaces.
The Owego Collection blends modern geometry with vintage charm. A sharply squared metal frame softens the round glass holder, which cradles a hand-blown teardrop shade. The satin nickel finish and clear glass create a bright, open look that suits contemporary, farmhouse, and restoration-vintage interiors.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted as a reading sconce beside the bed or above nightstands
- Hallways and staircases, providing ambient accent light along the path
- Bathrooms and powder rooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or media console for balanced lighting
- Entryways, adding a welcoming glow near the door
Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need a tall, dramatic fixture - this sconce is compact
- Primary room lighting in large open areas - it's designed for accent and ambient use
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a 60W incandescent bulb (not included), expect roughly 800 lumens - similar to a standard household bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light rather than task lighting.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The clear glass provides unobstructed light, making the bulb a design element itself.
