Description
A 4-inch teardrop pendant in brushed brass and clear glass, perfect for kitchen islands and dining rooms where you want a sculptural accent with warm, ambient light.
The Owego pendant features an organic teardrop shade of hand-blown glass, suspended from a tiered metal frame in a brushed brass finish. The clear glass showcases a single filament bulb, adding a vintage-inspired glow. These pendants shine individually or as a group with our multi-port hanging system, making them a versatile choice for custom cord arrangements.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for a dramatic statement
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for focused ambient light
- Entryways and stairwells, adding a touch of Art Deco elegance
- Coffee bars or breakfast nooks, providing warm accent lighting
- Covered patios or sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - though damp-rated, it's not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 120-inch cord length
- Primary lighting for large rooms - it's designed for accent or task lighting
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts a 60-watt incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 60W bulb, you can expect roughly 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W bulb, suitable for accent and ambient lighting rather than as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, pair it with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The clear glass shade and open design allow the bulb to be visible, creating a decorative, filament-style look. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood with a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 4.75 inches wide and 11 inches tall, with a shade that is 4 inches in diameter and 10.63 inches high. It comes with 120 inches of cord that can be cut to your desired length, allowing for hanging heights from 15 to 132 inches. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter, and the fixture weighs 6 pounds. It is sloped ceiling adaptable, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
