Description
A 16-inch wide, 2-light bath vanity light from the Owego collection, finished in brushed brass with mercury glass shades - perfect for bathrooms and powder rooms that need a modern, geometric accent.
The Owego collection combines modern and geometric design elements for a striking presence. This fixture features a sharply squared-off frame, softened by a round glass holder that secures a cylindrical glass shade. The brushed brass finish and mercury glass shades create a contemporary, farmhouse-inspired look that adds a touch of elegance to any vanity.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 24-36 inch vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even task lighting
- Powder rooms where a compact, stylish light is needed
- Hallways or entryways as a decorative accent light
- Contemporary or farmhouse-style interiors that need a geometric touch
- Damp locations like bathrooms (away from direct water spray)
Not ideal for
- Large bathrooms with double vanities - this 16-inch fixture is best for a single vanity
- Outdoor or wet locations - it is rated for damp locations only
- Spaces that need bright, cool-toned light - this fixture is designed for ambient and task lighting with warm bulbs
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. It accepts two 60W incandescent bulbs (not included) or equivalent LED bulbs. With 60W incandescent bulbs, you'll get about 1600 lumens total - enough for task lighting at a vanity. LED bulbs can provide similar brightness with less energy.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you install. For a warm, flattering glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The mercury glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a pleasant ambiance. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 16 inches wide, 6.75 inches deep, and 6.75 inches high, with a 6.75-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 8 inches wide and 4.38 inches high. Ideal for a single vanity 24-36 inches wide, mounted with the bottom of the fixture about 60-66 inches from the floor.
