This fixture uses three 100-watt incandescent bulbs (not included) with a standard medium base. With LED equivalents, you can achieve bright, energy-efficient light. The total lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; with 100W equivalent LED bulbs, expect around 4500 lumens, providing ample light for a kitchen or dining area.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. We recommend using ST64 bulbs with a medium base, up to 100 watts per socket.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch. Use a dimmer rated for the bulb type you choose.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is damp-rated, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with proper ventilation, but not in direct contact with water.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
How do I clean the glass shades? The glass shades can be easily removed using the included thumbscrews for cleaning. Use water and a cheesecloth towel to maintain the finish.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
