The Newton Cone pendant from Innovations Lighting brings a modern industrial look with its striking cone-shaped glass shade and champagne bronze metal accents. The hand-blown glass shade is easily removable for cleaning, and the included stems allow for customizable hanging lengths. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and dining tables, providing focused task lighting
- Entryways and foyers with high ceilings, creating a dramatic statement
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Living rooms and great rooms, as a stylish ambient light source
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet, as the minimum hanging length is 26.75 inches
How bright is it?
This pendant uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood. The lumen output depends on the bulb you choose, but with a 100W incandescent, you can expect around 1600 lumens, similar to a bright dining room light.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you select. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K bulb. The mercury glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 18 inches in diameter and 20 inches in height, with a hanging length adjustable from 26.75 to 50.75 inches. It is compatible with sloped ceilings, and the included stems allow for a customizable drop. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter.
