How bright is it?
With a maximum 100-watt incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can emit up to 1600 lumens, comparable to a traditional 100W bulb. For a softer glow, use a 60W equivalent LED bulb. It's bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island, but not intended as the sole light source for a large room.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A 100W incandescent or compatible LED bulb with E26 base is required.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent or LED-compatible dimmer switch for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms with ventilation, but not in direct contact with water. It is not suitable for outdoor use.
What's the warranty? Innovations Lighting offers a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
How do I clean the glass shade? The shade is easily removed with the included thumbscrews. Clean with water and a cheesecloth towel to maintain the finish.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
