Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. It accepts five E26 base bulbs, up to 100W each.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer compatible with your bulb type.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp rated, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas, but not in wet locations.

Can the pendants be hung at different heights? Yes, the pendants may be hung at staggered heights to customize the appearance and avoid contact between shades.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
