Description
A 12-inch dome mini pendant with a natural fiber shade and polished nickel finish, ideal for farmhouse and cottage kitchens.
The Natural Ballston Dome mini pendant brings a warm, organic touch to any space. Its dome-shaped shade is crafted from natural fiber, while the polished nickel metal frame adds a sleek contrast. This fixture works beautifully over kitchen islands, dining tables, or in entryways, providing a soft, inviting glow.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in multiples for even task lighting
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, centered over the table
- Entryways and foyers, adding a warm welcome
- Farmhouse, country cottage, and rustic lodge interiors
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, as the natural fiber shade may not withstand high humidity
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet, as the 120-inch cord may require significant trimming
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but it accepts a 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is compatible with LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. A 100W incandescent typically produces about 1600 lumens, bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island.
Light color and feel
Color temperature not specified, but with a compatible LED bulb you can choose from warm to cool tones. The natural fiber shade diffuses light softly, creating a cozy, ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 11.75 inches wide, 11.75 inches deep, and 14.2 inches high. The shade is 11.75 inches in diameter and 10.38 inches high. It includes 120 inches of cord that can be cut to fit your ceiling height, and it is sloped ceiling compatible.
