Description
A 16-inch dome mini pendant with a natural fiber shade and brushed brass finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Natural Ballston Dome mini pendant brings a warm, organic touch to your home. Its dome-shaped shade is crafted from natural fiber, which diffuses light beautifully and adds texture. The brushed brass metal frame and canopy complement the natural tones, fitting seamlessly into farmhouse, country cottage, or rustic lodge decor. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task lighting
- Dining rooms, providing ambient light over a table
- Entryways and foyers, as a welcoming accent
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp rating
- Living rooms with high ceilings, as a statement piece
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is only damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 30-inch hanging length
How bright is it?
This pendant uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is compatible with LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. The lumen output depends on the bulb you choose; with a 100W incandescent, you can expect around 1600 lumens, which is bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you select. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K bulb. The natural fiber shade diffuses light, creating a soft, inviting glow that flatters warm wood and brass interiors. This fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 15.75 inches wide, 15.75 inches deep, and 16 inches high. It includes one 6-inch and two 12-inch stems, allowing a customizable hanging length of up to 30 inches. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It is suitable for sloped and vaulted ceilings thanks to the included 90-degree swivel.
