Description
An 11.75-inch wide, single-light stem mini pendant from the Natural Ballston Dome collection, featuring a black antique brass frame and natural fiber dome shade - perfect for adding farmhouse warmth to a kitchen island or dining area.
The NB Dome pendant brings a rustic, organic feel to any space. The natural fiber shade diffuses light beautifully, creating a warm, inviting glow. The black antique brass frame adds a touch of industrial contrast. With adjustable hanging height and sloped ceiling compatibility, it's a versatile choice for many homes.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms, centered over a table
- Breakfast nooks and farmhouse-style kitchens
- Entryways or hallways as a statement light
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct water exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can handle humidity but not direct spray
- Modern or minimalist spaces where a sleek, metallic shade would be preferred
How bright is it?
This pendant accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included), which can produce up to 1600 lumens - enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light in a dining room. LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs are also compatible.
Light color and feel
The natural fiber shade diffuses the light, creating a soft, warm glow that enhances the farmhouse aesthetic. The color temperature depends on the bulb you choose, but a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) is recommended to complement the natural materials.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 11.75 inches wide, 11.75 inches deep, and 14 inches high. With the included stems, the hanging height adjusts from 14.88 to 38.88 inches. It is sloped ceiling adaptable, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
