How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens - similar to a traditional 100W bulb. It's bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not for lighting an entire large room.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The natural fiber shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a pleasant ambiance. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 9 inches wide and 11.75 inches high, with an adjustable hanging length from 14.88 to 38.88 inches using the included stems. It works well over kitchen islands and dining tables with standard 8-9 foot ceilings. The 90-degree swivel allows installation on sloped or vaulted ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
