Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms (but not directly in the shower) and covered outdoor areas. It is not rated for wet locations, so avoid direct exposure to rain.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
Can the shade be cleaned? The natural fiber shade should be dusted regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions on the shade, as they may damage the natural material.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
