How bright is it?
This fixture uses three 300W incandescent bulbs (not included), but is rated for 100W maximum per socket. With LED or CFL equivalents, you can achieve bright, energy-efficient illumination. The actual lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; for a 60W equivalent LED, expect about 800 lumens per bulb, making this a great primary light for a bathroom.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you install. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K bulbs. The natural fiber shades will diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient effect that flatters skin tones and complements warm wood and brass accents.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, this fixture is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent or LED-compatible dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it is safe in bathrooms with ventilation, but not for outdoor areas exposed to rain.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish, lifetime electrical.
How do I clean the natural fiber shades? Use a soft, dry cloth or a vacuum with a brush attachment to gently remove dust. Avoid water on the shades.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
