Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires one E26 base bulb, with a BB-60-A bulb recommended (sold separately).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent dimmer for best results.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water spray) and covered outdoor areas, but not in wet locations.
